We have a fantastic opportunity for a property consultant to join our expanding team within the New Business Centre which is based within our Head Office in Chelmsford. The team provide a pivotal support role to the various Beresfords branches across Essex. Key Responsibilities
- To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department.
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments for all core business areas.
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, providing accurate property information and identifying all business opportunity.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
- Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads and portal enquiries to maximise business opportunity, ensuring full information is captured.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up on leads from online listings, social media, and events.
- Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets.
Skills & Experience
- Proven telephone sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (estate agency experience desirable but not essential).
- Confident communicator with excellent listening and persuasion skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Salary & Benefits
£25,000 to £27,000 per annum OTE, depending on experience (pro rata for part time working hours)
Hours of Work
Full time hours … Mon-Sat with a day off in the week (Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Sat 9am-4pm). Part time hours will be considered, but will also include Saturday working.
