We have an exciting opportunity for someone who likes variety in their working day and would enjoy being an expert in multiple locations across Essex. We are seeking an Assistant Manager or someone looking to progress into the role to join our team to cover offices across the Essex region. The successful candidate would support multiple sales teams whilst generating business as well as supporting the management teams in running one of our many locations. This role would suit someone that enjoys the flexibility of moving between offices and is adaptable to learning multiple property market locations.

Salary & Benefits

We offer competitive rates of pay with great OTE potential earning. The salary for this role is circa £50,000 to £55,000 OTE per annum. In addition to competitive rates of pay we also offer a range of additional benefits such as:

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
  • Sales progression
  • Carrying out valuations and winning instructions
  • Assist in managing one of our multiple teams and offices
  • Work closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross-selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Proven track record at carrying out valuations and winning instructions
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is essential
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills.

Hours of Work

Full time hours (5 days between Mon-Sat 8:30am-6pm), with a day off in the week when working on a Saturday.
