Berenjak are seeking a Reservation & Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservation & Sales Manager looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. Job Description
The successful candidate will be a proactive, personable self-starter, committed to providing excellent guest relations and maximising revenue across the group.
Duties Include:
- Daily email communication with guests via the restaurants inboxes and the VIP reservation line.
- Strong working knowledge of Sevenrooms to ensure best reservation management and optimisation.
- Providing administrative assistance to the Operations Team.
- Co-ordinate the event planning process, gather final details and communicate these through function sheets.
- Assisting the site teams with guest facing email communication and drafting proposals.
- Achieve agreed KPIs including response time, conversion and revenue.
- Take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with other activations where necessary, such as corporate gifting, merchandise sales, charity events, etc.
- Implement comprehensive sales strategies to ensure maximisation of all revenue opportunities from group bookings, events and exclusive hires, ensuring cross selling and up selling as appropriate.
- Create, develop and maintain strong engaging relationships with local businesses, clients and other potential customers, retaining custom across the group and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure effective recording and tracking of all sales initiatives and preparing reports for meetings.
- Proactively and continuously seek to enhance sales levels, reporting and building pipelines of potential clients.
- Work closely with the operations and onsite teams to ensure the smooth running of events and private hires.
- Attend group events to support operations team and be the face of the venue(s) for high-profile and VIP clients.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop comprehensive systems, tactics, resources, and requirements to grow revenue across the group.
