Berenjak are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, but most importantly, a committed self-starter who is eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair, we want to meet you!

The successful Restaurant Manager will have:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take on more responsibility;
  • Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
  • Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage;
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the senior management team in managing day-to-day restaurant operations with warmth and professionalism;
  • Ensuring the running of a smooth service. This is a hands-on management role and the ideal candidate will be able to oversee and manage a large, dynamic FOH team;
  • Building a tight-knit, high-performing team. Celebrate wins, recognise talent, and give feedback that lifts people up;
  • Developing recruitment, onboarding, and training to help new team members feel at home from day one;
  • Championing quality and consistency - ensure positive communication between both the FOH and Kitchen teams to deliver excellent service and guest experience.
