Berenjak Borough are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Restaurant

Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with three locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar and New York). The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. The Position

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You will have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly, we are looking for people who are as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!
