For our UK Investment Banking division in London, we are looking to hire an Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate.
Your role in the team:
After an extremely busy year, our UK Investment Banking team is seeking talented professionals to support our continued success. This opportunity is ideal for a high-calibre ACA professional looking to transition into investment banking.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with the team on M&A transactions for clients
- Prepare strategic presentation materials for company boards and pitches
- Conduct sector and company research, including valuation exercises
- Attend meetings and calls with clients
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in an analytical subject (Economics, Maths, Chemistry)
- ACA qualification from a leading firm, with first-time passes preferred; or experience at another investment bank
- Experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Valuations, Advisory, or Transaction Services is advantageous
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Motivation to transition into investment banking
