We are looking to hire a Team Assistant for our Investment Banking Team based in London.
What will you do?
- Managing a busy diary with several meetings per day, internal and external, and prioritising such meetings based on experience and on the job learning for up to 8 senior team members.
- Coordinating travel arrangements; ensuring itineraries are updated, VISAs are valid, hotels are booked and pickups organised.
- Acting as the main POC and facilitator when the team is travelling or away from the office and drawing in other members of the team as required to assist with tasks.
- Facilitating smooth execution of business operations by coordinating presentations, processing expenses, handling confidential documentation, and serving as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience as an Assistant to senior business leaders managing diaries, travel, administration and other related topics is essential.
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality when dealing with information and managing senior team member diaries.
- A dedicated and professional manner at all times, when dealing with colleagues and clients and prospective clients of the Bank.
- Proactive approach to diary management, with a willingness to manage competing interests for senior team members’ time.
- Able to work collaboratively with the other team assistant.
