For our Global Technology department in London, we are looking to hire an IAM / PAM Specialist. In an era where digitalisation and modern IT infrastructure is revolutionising banking, we are shaping a technology-driven bank in which you as an IT professional will work closely with our business units. Our technology teams offer you an environment that will present you with exciting challenges - be it through the support and further development of legacy systems or the introduction of modern technologies such as AI, machine learning and highly automated trading applications.
What will you do?
- Company-wide development of a comprehensive target vision for IAM and PAM to unify, consolidate, and define access management processes.
- Conceptual advancement, optimization, and automation of access management, including the development of standards in the IAM and PAM environment.
- Support in integrating IAM and PAM systems into the existing IT landscape (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms such as Azure AD).
- Consulting for users, role owners, and managers on technical and process-related issues, as well as coordination and continuous improvement of relevant IAM/PAM processes.
- Security & Compliance: Support in developing and creating concepts and documentation based on regulatory requirements, including the definition of critical permissions.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience with common Identity and Access Management systems (such as Ping Identity, SailPoint, Omada) and specialized Privileged Access Management tools (such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Basic knowledge of directory services (LDAP, AD, AAD) and authentication methods (MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Kerberos) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles.
- Experience with IT security standards and compliance requirements in the banking or insurance sector.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
