We are hiring a Securities Clearing Specialist for our Clearing & Reporting department in London.
Responsibilities
- Processing and monitoring securities trading transactions involving domestic and international securities (including bonds, equities, certificates, and funds).
- Acting as the direct contact person for the trading department regarding inquiries and complaints.
- Proactively communicating while handling tasks for, and inquiries from, the areas of Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, and Financial Markets.
- Managing and maintaining valuation price and security master data for the bank.
- Continuously analysing and improving processes and settlement quality, particularly with regard to digitalisation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree level of education.
- 2–5 years of experience in securities operations, clearing, settlement, brokerage operations, or capital markets.
- Working knowledge of securities trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
- Experience with clearing and settlement platforms and custody systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial operations software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
