What you will do:
- Manage a busy diary with several meetings per day, internal and external, prioritising based on seniority and learning opportunities for up to 8 senior team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring itineraries are updated, visas are valid, hotels are booked and pickups organised.
- Act as the main point of contact and facilitator when the team is travelling or away from the office, drawing in other members as required.
- Facilitate smooth execution of business operations by coordinating presentations, processing expenses, handling confidential documentation, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant to senior business leaders managing diaries, travel, administration, and related tasks.
- Understanding of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and managing senior diaries.
- Dedicated and professional manner when interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive approach to diary management with the ability to manage competing interests for senior team members’ time.
