Payroll & Mobility Specialist – London
What will you do?
- Payroll & Benefits – Review and sign‑off of UK and selected international payrolls in cooperation with external providers (4‑eyes principle)
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll data processing, including statutory calculations and reporting
- Oversee payroll compliance with tax, legal and internal financial control requirements
- Support finance‑related reconciliations and related reporting
- Coordinate and review benefit schemes, renewals and enrolment processes
- Optimisation of payroll, including possible migrations from one payroll provider to another
- Act as key contact for mobility topics (secondments, business travel, tax, social security, pensions, visa)
- Ensure compliant payroll and tax treatment of internationally mobile employees
- Coordinate mobility cases and related reporting obligations
- Support further development of policies, processes and risk controls related to cross‑border employment
Who are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in UK payroll and benefits; experience collaborating with external payroll providers
- Strong working knowledge of UK personal tax (tax codes, NI, statutory calculations, benefits in kind)
- Solid understanding of tax, social security and pension implications in an international context
- Practical experience in Global Mobility topics
- Comfortable handling large volumes of numerical and finance‑related data and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks / deadlines
- High degree of ownership and accountability; working in a structured and risk‑aware manner
