We are looking for a Business Manager to support our Investment Banking Team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of the UK Investment Banking team, ensuring efficient processes, strong governance, and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop two Team Assistants, providing guidance, prioritisation support, and ensuring seamless administrative coverage across the team.
  • Own and maintain the UK Investment Banking CRM provision, ensuring data integrity, pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and effective client relationship tracking.
  • Coordinate business management activities including invoicing, resource planning, management reporting, operational projects, and stakeholder engagement across internal functions.
  • Manage the team's external communications and social media presence, supporting branding initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, and marketing activities while remaining flexible to take on ad-hoc projects and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, COO Office, Operations, or similar role within Investment Banking or a closely related financial services environment.
  • Strong Investment Banking knowledge essential, with a solid understanding of banking products, client coverage activities, deal processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and hands-on individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to pick up a broad range of responsibilities as business priorities evolve.
