Job Purpose
As a Solution Advisor (Presales), you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and clearly demonstrating the value of beqom’s solutions. You act as a trusted partner to both customers and the sales team — translating complex business requirements into compelling solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders in large, international organizations.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers
- Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
- Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts
- Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and security questionnaires
- Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required
What are we looking for?
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either:
- In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or
- In an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
Nice to Have
- Additional European language(s)
- Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity
- Value or management consulting background
- Exposure to enterprise software sales
