Join beqom - where tech meets impact. beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS platform that helps the world's most respected companies make pay fair, transparent, and motivating. Founded in Switzerland and serving enterprises worldwide, our all-in-one solution is built on beqom Pay Intelligence - empowering HR and business leaders to navigate the complexities of compensation, ensure compliance, and unlock the full potential of their people.
The opportunity The EU Pay Transparency Directive lands in 2026. Every company with 100+ employees will need to report on pay equity — and most aren't ready. That's where we come in. beqom's PayAnalytics platform is the tool companies use to understand, analyse, and close their pay gaps. We need a Product Owner to take ownership of its roadmap and make it even more powerful, intuitive, and impactful. This isn't your typical PO role. You'll need to be comfortable with statistics and regression modelling, and have the product instinct to turn complex analytical outputs into something a Head of Reward can use without a PhD. It's a rare combination - and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the product roadmap for PayAnalytics, our pay equity analytics platform.
- Turn complex statistical outputs (regression models, significance tests, confidence intervals) into intuitive experiences that non-technical users actually understand.
- Work hands‑on with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ship features that move the needle.
- Shape the product direction alongside the Product Manager and clients — especially as the regulatory landscape evolves fast.
What you bring:
- 2-3 years in a Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst role, ideally in a technically complex product where domain understanding mattered.
- Comfort with statistics and statistical modelling. You don't need to be a statistician, but you should genuinely understand concepts like multivariate regression, significance testing, and how model outputs translate into business decisions - not just consume dashboards, but understand what's behind them.
- Strong communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply, whether to a data scientist or a CHRO.
- Client-facing experience and the confidence to manage stakeholder expectations.
Bonus points:
- Experience in HR Tech - especially compensation, analytics, or pay equity.
- A quantitative degree or background (statistics, economics, computer science, engineering).
- Deep understanding of regression modelling: assumptions, diagnostics, coefficient interpretation.
- Consulting or advisory background translating analytical work into client deliverables.
Why join us?
- Your career, your design. Unleash your ambition in our dynamic, autonomous environment.
- Drive meaningful change. Build a fairer future for every employee by joining a market leader that is improving the world of work.
- Belong to something bigger. Collaborate with a passionate, diverse and talented team around the globe.
