We are looking for a truly passionate and empathic individual with a track record in Haematology/Haem-Onc and extensive knowledge of local and regional healthcare systems. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure BeOne and our treatments are well known and appreciated, helping give patients the possibility to benefit from our innovative treatments.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the sales strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded, and honest manner.

Essential Functions Of The Job:

  • Develop and execute strong regional plans with cross-functional support.
  • Build customised regional stakeholder engagement plans that drive best-in-class service, engagement, and impact.
  • Be a go-to scientific and patient care resource for stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with health system partners, health care practitioners (HCP), regional patient advocacy groups, and relevant stakeholder groups in the region.
  • Build a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the haematology-oncology market.
  • Plan, identify, analyse, and implement activities and meetings to optimise regional potential.
  • Ensure that target customers are updated on our product strategy and communication.
  • Collaborate with regional Key Opinion Leaders, Head of Clinics, and Expert/Therapy group members.
  • Provide scientific expert advice and support of opinion leaders and medical haemato-oncologists.
  • Responsible for the regional sales goals and qualitative performance parameters.
  • Develop, implement, and execute projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers.
  • Organise and execute local symposia, educations, and workshops with key customers.
  • Participate and provide customer care in local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
  • Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative, preferably in the haemato-oncology market.
  • Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions.
  • Specific knowledge in haematology-oncology and project management is desirable.
  • Strong identification with BeOne’s values and loyalty to the company.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment is desirable.
  • Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications.
  • Knowledge of the regional budget processes and distribution structures.
  • High social competence and capacity for teamwork.
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive attitude.
  • Good English and computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
