Position Overview

The Associate Director will lead HEOR programs supporting BeiGene’s solid tumour portfolio, generating evidence for reimbursement and commercialization across Europe, LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HEOR/RWE studies to assess economic, humanistic, and clinical burden.
  • Develop and implement HEOR strategies aligned with product value propositions.
  • Lead HEOR projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of protocols, reports, and publications.
  • Localize HEOR tools, including models and dossiers for specific markets.
  • Monitor HEOR trends and adapt strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external KOLs; represent BeiGene at scientific and payer meetings.
  • Manage external vendors within budget constraints.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or related fields (PhD, MS, MPH).
  • Minimum 4 years in pharma HEOR, with at least 7 years in health economic modeling and outcomes research.
  • Strong knowledge of EU, LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe healthcare systems, HTA, and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience with health economic models, real-world data, and outcomes research methods.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Additional Information
