The Benx Group of companies, a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialist building materials, is seeking to appoint a motivated and skilled Operations Administrator to join our operations department based in Stoke.
- Coordinate courier, pallet network, haulage and specialist vehicle bookings.
- Manage logistics non-conformances and carrier claims.
- Support logistics KPI reporting, route planning and vehicle compliance administration.
- Assist with continuous improvement and logistics projects.
- Produce purchase requirements and stock replenishment reports.
- Use CRM data to identify large projects and potential stock requirements.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and maintain purchasing records.
- Assist with stock valuation, inventory analysis and stock counts.
- Maintain cost prices and purchasing information within business systems.
The post holder may also be required to undertake other related duties not listed in this Job Description from time to time according to the needs of the business.
- Confident and articulate with people at all levels, both face to face and over the phone.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks in order to meet business needs.
- Willing to undertake any necessary training and development that will enhance personal/work performance.
- Excellent administration skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade C/4 and above).
- IT literacy – Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Good Administration Skills.
