We are looking for Manager to join our team at Benugo Manchester University
Shifts: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)
Contract: Full Time
About the Manager role:
- Lead service from the floor to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent operations
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support the team and resolve issues quickly
- Support the General Manager in delivering operational performance across the account
- Deputise for senior management when required
- Identify opportunities to improve service flow, speed and overall efficiency
- Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- Lead by example, setting the tone for service and customer interaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment in line with legal and company standards
