Set in the historic Mews Courtyard, the Café at the Palace offers a menu suitable for every occasion. Choose from a selection of home‑made soups and fresh salads, that celebrate the best of the season and use locally sourced ingredients within 100 miles of the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
About the Commis Chef role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
The ideal candidates will have experience working as a Commis Chef within a fast‑paced, high volume kitchen.
