We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Events By Benugo at ZSL London Zoo. Our team at ZSL delivers fine dining events to a host of sites in and around Central London, as well as events held here at ZSL.

The Chef de Partie candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced high-end events led kitchen, with an ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in keeping with a fine dining experience.

We Offer:

  • Rate: £15.50 + depending on experience
  • Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends
  • Contract: Full Time (Permanent and Seasonal Opportunities Available)

About the Chef de Partie role:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
  • Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
