The Central Sales and Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Events team to drive revenue growth through group bookings, event sales, and strategic planning. We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded individual with a proactive, can-do attitude, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to win new business while fostering strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing sales and events teams and will possess exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of group bookings and events.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will lead by example, inspire high performance, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and commercial planning
