Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
- Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard
- Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner
- Communicate with colleagues and peers professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, your job, and colleagues
Site Operations
- Assist the Manager in daily shop operations and act as deputy in their absence
- Organize the team on each shift and allocate duties
- Train, support, and develop the team to deliver excellent results, measuring performance with appropriate tools
- Ensure product and staff availability
- Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure product quality, stock control, and availability
