As anApprentice Chef, you will gainhands-on experiencein a professional kitchen while working towards aqualification. Under the guidance of experienced Benugo chefs, you will learn essential skills, including:
- Food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding and maintainingfood hygiene, safety, and allergen regulations
- Assisting in the production of high-quality dishes for events
- Learning how to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to createhealthy and delicious dishes
- Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
