We are recruiting an experiencedTeam Leader to join the Benugo team at the prestigious PwC offices in Embankment .
This is a Monday to Friday operation with shifts ranging from 6.30am to 5.30pm.
Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
About the role:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot drinks maintaining the Benugo standards
- Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary
- Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools
- Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels
- Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence
- Assist the site manager with closing the week procedures
- Demonstrate commitment to the Benugo customer service excellence
- Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
- Ensuring that food and health and safety standards are always followed
