The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for leading, managing, developing and implementing growth strategies. These responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of tasks ranging from sales strategies, recruitment, training, overseeing food quality and service, as well as having a presence on the floor.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Commercial: Taking responsibility for the business performance at the location, delivering company forecasts and yearly targets. Analysing and driving profitable sales whilst constantly improving standards. Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
  • People Management: Offering clear directions and briefings to the team. Providing effective feedback on performance through structured reviews. Recruiting the best team members for the location.
  • Client Service: Building and maintaining a solid and professional relationship with John Lewis. Ensuring effective communication and engagement with John Lewis. Regularly monitoring customer feedback and producing a suitable action plan based on the results.
  • Health & Safety, Food Safety and ESG: Ensuring the location achieves a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau and 5* scores on EHO visits. Meeting statutory and Company requirements of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures.
