The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join the Benugo team at the famous Natural History Museum. The successful candidate will manage a range of events, from the initial enquiry/planning stage through to the successful execution of the event on the day and follow up.
Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£40,000 per annum + bonus
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, includes early mornings and evenings
About the Events Manager role:
- To operationally lead on site events
- To manage catering logistics, including event file handling, event briefing sheet and service plans
- To ensure all enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely manner
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- To lead and motivate the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training and mentoring
- Financial and budget management including forecasting, cost control and forward planning
About the ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Flexibility to work on events as and when required
- Passion for food and wine is a plus!
