Job Title: Kitchen Porter Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join the Benugo team at the Barbican Centre in the City of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supervising the kitchen porter team, and ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Conducting washing up and kitchen cleaning tasks according to schedules and hygiene protocols.
- Supervising the kitchen porter team to ensure efficient cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Conducting regular inspections of kitchen areas to identify and address cleanliness or hygiene issues promptly.
- Coordinating with kitchen management to ensure adequate stock and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Training and mentoring new kitchen porters to uphold standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Documenting and reporting maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
