We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the London Coliseum - English National Opera. Opened on December 24th, 1904, the London Coliseum is the largest theatre in Londonβs West End. It is home to the English National Opera and the English National Ballet. The venue hosts opera performances, summer shows, and the annual Nutcracker ballet.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
About the Junior Sous Chef Role:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head or Sous Chef
- Assist in the development and planning of menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality at all times
- Motivate and lead the chef team to perform at their best
- Assist with stock taking as required
- Maintain all food safety and health and safety procedures to the highest standard
