About the Deputy Manager role:
- To oversee the operational function of the location in the GM\’s absence, providing direction and structure to the team and ensuring our product and service are always of a high standard.
- To ensure the customer experience is maintained at the highest standard from front and back of house.
- To work continuously towards improving sales and service.
- Cost and stock management.
- To support and manage team performance through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring.
- To ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A manager with a proven track record of success within a bar and restaurant environment.
- Experience in high-volume operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Astute financial and commercial awareness to ensure the continued success of the site.
- A passion for food is a plus!

Position: Deputy Manager at Warwick Arts Centre
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, including some weekends and evenings as required by the business.
