We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at Benugo Bar & Kitchen inWarwick Arts Centre
We Offer:
Rate: £35k per annum
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 working when the business requires, including some weekends and evenings
Contract: Full Time Permanent
About the Deputy Manager role:
Increase sales, through new marketing and menu plans
To oversee the operational function of the location in the GMs absence, by providing direction and structure to the team and ensuring our product and service is always of a high standard
To ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard from front and back of house
To continuously work towards improving sales and service
Cost and stock management
To support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
To ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
A Manager with a proven track record of success within a bar and restaurant environment
Experience in high volume operations is highly desirable
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
Have astute financial and commercial awareness to ensure the continued success of the site
A passion for food is a plus!
