We are looking for a talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

We Offer:

  • Rate: Up to Β£16.00 per hour
  • Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • Lead daily pastry operations, taking on a management role to support the Head Pastry Chef.
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
  • Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product
