We are looking for a full-time Stores & Facilities Team Leader to join the Benugo team in The British Museum and to support the smooth running of our catering operation.
We Offer:
Rate: £14.20 per hour + TRONC
Shifts: 5 days out of 7
Contract: Full Time
About the Stores & Facilities Team Leader role:
- Assist with controlling and maintaining stock for all catering units across four accounts within the Museum.
- Supervise receipt and checking of deliveries, ensuring quality, quantity, and temperature checks are carried out accurately.
- Ensure all deliveries are promptly and accurately entered into internal systems.
- Oversee preparation and dispatch of unit orders to various Museum locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support weekly stocktakes with department managers and reconciles discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, shortages, and substitutions when required.
