Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to a high standard in various areas as required by senior chefs.
- Assist in any additional functions as needed.
- Maintain high standards for functions and different dining areas.
- Manage client dining, hospitality, and conference food services when requested by senior chefs.
- Assist in training junior staff.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Conduct hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
- Maintain staff food standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety requirements as outlined in the Benugo Health & Safety Policy.
