Cafe Team Member in Cardiff

We are looking for a Cafe Team Member to join the team at our Benugo café in John Lewis Cardiff. The team member role with us will include a mixture of working front and back of house, so we are looking for someone who would be happy to get involved wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general food preparation
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
• Assisting with washing up and kitchen cleaning duties
• Organising deliveries
• Assisting with clearing tables and other tasks in the cafe as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is desired
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Dedication to exceeding customer expectations
• Being a great team player and a smile

Full time staff (30h, 5 days a week). The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and be able to work shift patterns ranging from 8am – 8pm.

Salary & Contract

Rate: £12.21 per hour. Contract: Full Time.
