Benugo is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member to join our vibrant team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As a Benugo Team Member, you\’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers from Cafe to Conference & Events.
This is a 7-day-operation and shifts may vary from 7am up to 2am on Event evenings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and restocking supplies
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Adapt to changing customer needs and peak service times with flexibility
