Your role as our Warehouse Manager:
As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead teams of up to 20 colleagues, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and operational efficiency while driving sales and profitability. You will oversee the Warehouse and Logistics department including goods in and the pricing station, whilst supporting the Retail Manager by ensuring smooth logistics operations across multiple retail outlets.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Logistics Departments, including our Pricing Station and Goods In, ensuring smooth logistics and efficiency.
- Super-hands-on managing stock movement, optimising inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations.
- Communicating effectively with your team and cascading important information to Shift Leaders.
- Championing a customer-first mindset, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Training and developing team members to enhance skills and career progression.
- Acting as part of the Duty Management team responsible for overall store management.
Qualifications:
- We’re looking for someone who has a passion for retail and logistics whilst achieving business results.
- Proven experience in logistics management and leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a large team.
- The ability to work autonomously, thinking on your feet with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and customers alike.
