We’re hiring a Retail Assistant for our Foodhall Team! Do you love retail and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We have an exciting role available working predominately on our Foodhall Deli & Cake counters. The working pattern for this role is: Saturday 11:30am - 20:00pm and Monday 11:30am - 20:00pm.
Please note: These are live roles so are subject to change as we go through the recruitment processes. Sorry we do not have evening or weekend‑only roles available.
What is the Retail Assistant role? We’re looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our team and help create exceptional shopping experiences for our customers across our Indoor Retail. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be involved in:
- Assisting customers with their purchases in a fast paced environment.
- Basic Food Preparation including serving deli meats, cheeses and cakes to order.
- Taking pride in presentation of the counters.
- Cleaning & Stock rotation.
- Opening & closing down of counters.
- Operating tills and handling transactions.
- Restocking and maintaining displays.
- Supporting with deliveries and stock management.
