We are recruiting for a Barista to join our Dining Team at Bents! Do you want to work in an environment serving freshly made, exceptional high-quality products and hot drinks every day and have a passion for customer service? Then this is the job for you!
The current Barista roles we have available include:
- Barista - Dining Assistant - 20 hour contract - Sunday - Wednesday 11:30 - 16:30
- Barista - Dining Assistant - 8 hour contract - Thursday - Saturday 11:30 - 16:30
Please note, these are live vacancies so are subject to change as we recruit. We unfortunately have no summer temporary roles within our Dining Team and these are permanent vacancies.
Responsibilities
Join our vibrant Dining Team as a Barista, where you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, world-class experiences across our 1,000-seat dining areas. Expertly craft barista-quality coffees, prepare food stations, take customer orders, and keep the tills running smoothly. Work in a fast-paced, energetic catering operation and maintain high standards of service.
Requirements / Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a passion for great service — someone who is always smiling, communicates easily with customers and teammates, and thrives in a busy, high-energy environment. Previous experience as a barista, in hospitality, or in a restaurant setting would be a real plus.
The role meets National Minimum Wage.
