Step Into the Magic as our new Christmas Event Colleague joining Our Hidden Garden Light Walk Team – Brand New for 2025! Imagine being part of something truly spectacular this Christmas – an enchanting light walk experience inspired by Alice in our Hidden Garden, brand new for 2025!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging Christmas Event Colleagues to join our team and help create truly unforgettable experiences for all customers who step into our wonderland. Whether you’re greeting customers and checking them in, managing queues and guiding visitors through the illuminated trails, hosting the fire pits for marshmallow melting, serving hot drinks and sweets, or helping guests discover our breathtaking light displays – you’ll play a vital role in bringing the magic of the season to life!

What We\’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for colleagues who are:

• Confident, friendly, and able to engage with people quickly
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Team players who thrive in a lively, festive atmosphere

Shifts & Availability

• Fixed shift patterns working 3-4 evenings across Monday to Saturday, 3:30pm/4:00pm to 9:00/9:30pm – please choose the shift patterns you can work on the application page
• Please be available for the following key dates:

• Assessment Centre: Monday 10th November, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
• Training Evening: Tuesday 18th November, 4:00pm – 8:00pm
• Start Dates from: Thursday 20th November
• End Date: Saturday 3rd January 2026
• Special Event: All colleagues are required to work Sunday 14th December, 4.00pm – 9.00pm
