We are recruiting for Catering Assistants to join our Dining Team at Bents! ️
Do you want to work in an environment serving freshly made exceptional high-quality products every day and have a passion for customer service? Then our Catering Assistant role is the job for you!
We have the following Catering Assistant roles now remaining-

  • Cafe Bar - Monday, Tuesday and Saturday, 11am - 4pm
  • Cafe Nel Verde - Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, 12pm - 4pm.
  • Runner - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11am - 4pm and Saturday, 9am - 6pm.
  • Hot Plate - Saturday, shifts between 8am - 7pm and Sunday 9am - 5pm*
  • it is essential for our Hot Plate role that you have previous experience in restaurants, as this can be a high pressurised role on our hot plate processing breakfast and lunch orders.
We unfortunately have no summer only roles within our Dining Team and these are permanent vacancies.
Our Catering Assistant Roles will commence on Monday 4th August 2025 and you should be flexible to work Monday to Friday for the first 2 weeks to go through our Dining induction and training to set you up for success.

Join our vibrant Dining Team as a Catering Assistant and help create unforgettable, world-class experiences for our customers across our 1,000-seater dining areas. From setting up your station and taking orders to crafting the perfect cappuccino and keeping the tills running smoothly, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, energetic catering operation.
We’re looking for someone who’s full of smiles, a natural communicator, and thrives in a lively, high-pressure environment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is a bonus, but what matters most is your enthusiasm and drive.
The role meets National Minimum Wage.
