Job Role

• Photographer, videographer and marketing content creator.
• Full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility to work some Saturdays.
• Hybrid working: minimum three days in the office.
• Responsible for photography, videography, and marketing content creation for Bentons properties.
• Working within and developing brand guideline best practice.
• Salary: competitive, subject to experience.

Who We Are Looking:

We are seeking an energetic and creative individual with a genuine passion for property and imagery. The ideal candidate will be proactive and an idea generator, helping to present our beautiful properties in their best light. They should have a keen eye for interiors and house dressing, and be comfortable representing Bentons at property visits as the face of our brand. Strong interpersonal skills are required and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments. They will need effective time management, being adaptable to seasonal changes in workload, and have a curiosity around competitors and market best practice. Competence in using social media platforms, a willingness to learn new technologies, including AI tools, and a natural flair for art direction and creative media production are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver consistent, high-quality imagery and marketing content for our properties: photography, video footage, drone footage.
• Edit and prepare media suites for key properties across media platforms.
• Offer creative ideas and solutions to improve how we visually represent our properties.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, attending weekly sales meetings and liaising with vendors and landlords to plan shoots at optimal times.
• Support on ad-hoc marketing projects, working alongside the inhouse marketing and strategy team and our designers.
• Adapt to seasonal changes in workload and role scope.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years creative, photographic or content creation.
• Local knowledge and love of the East Midlands area.
• Use of social media and editing tools to produce high quality branded communications.
• Photography qualifications are ideal though not mandated. Willingness to undertake further training/courses.
• Qualified, licensed drone pilot is ideal though not mandated.
• Passion for property and photography, with a natural eye for beauty and detail.
• Some marketing experience is preferred.
