- Schedule: 4 weekdays per week (9am - 5pm, days to be confirmed)
What You'll Be Doing
- Support with medication reconciliation
- Perform CQC safety searches and audits
- Manage repeat prescriptions and medicines optimisation
- Ensure patient safety through effective prescribing practices
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements & Qualifications
- A current and valid Independent Prescribing qualification
- Experience using EMIS clinical system
- Background in primary care, ideally in a GP setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Availability for on-site work in Birmingham
Working Hours & Contract Duration
