Job Title : Locum Pharmacist

Location : Leeds

Duration : 3-6 month contract

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : 3-6 months from start date

Rate of Pay : £35 per hour

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with minor ailments, hypertension, and those requiring medication reviews. In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments

Create and implement personalised care plans

Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS and SystmOne

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration

Previous experience in a primary care setting

Proficiency in EMIS and SystmOne clinical systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum position requires availability Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service demand.
