The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key part of our culinary operation, you will assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, ensuring the highest quality dishes are consistently produced. In this role, you will assist the Sous Chef with food preparation to specification, ensuring high-quality dishes. You will help source necessary ingredients and small equipment items and minimise wastage. You will report directly to the Head Chef, participate in departmental meetings and perform any tasks assigned. Additionally, you will assist during busy periods, communicate and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
