Day-to-day tasks include:
- Reading and interpreting drawings

- Installing doors, frames, wall panelling, counters, and other joinery components
- Making precise adjustments on site
The Site Joiners will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to:
- Plan work sequences
- Resolve on-site issues
- Maintain a safe, tidy working environment
The role also includes:
- Completing finishing details
- Carrying out quality checks
- Representing Bentleys professionally with clients and site contacts
Qualifications:
- Strong practical joinery skills, including first and second fix joinery, accurate measuring, cutting, and installation of bespoke components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans, and translate them into high-quality finished work
- Solid understanding of on-site health and safety practices, safe use of power tools and hand tools, and adherence to company and site regulations
