A high growth company based in the heart of Reading seeks several Graduate Solutions Consultants to work in a bright and enthusiastic agile team, delivering their groundbreaking and cutting-edge enterprise automation products to their clients. - Building and maintaining solutions

- Working with customers in a pre and post sales engagement
The company has solid funding and a high growth trajectory. The role will be hybrid, 3 days in the office in central Reading per week.
Core skills/experience for the Solutions Consultant role:
- Likely to have a Degree in a Technology/Computing/Scientific discipline
- Interest in building a career in a customer focused role - e.g. implementation, support, consulting, project management
- Technical knowledge from a degree or from home study/projects (likely to have Python or TypeScript or other development languages exposure)
- Strong communication skills - customer centric
- Live in or near Reading in Berkshire
Salary for the Graduate Solutions Consultant role will depend on experience, but expect between £28,000 and £35,000 + pension, socials, regular salary reviews, 25 days holiday raising to 28 days after your 1st year and a lot more!
