This is a fantastic opportunity with a technology division of a global company. The role will involve working in an Infrastructure/DevOps team in a fast-paced technology environment and requires a good understanding of Azure, networking and Linux administration. Ideally, you should possess knowledge of virtualisation technologies, Ansible, Puppet and/or Kubernetes. This will be joining their growing practice and will offer great opportunities for career growth. The role can be fully remote or hybrid if you live in the Newcastle area and prefer it - You choose!
Experience required for the Senior Network Administrator role:
- 5 years commercial experience in a commercial Administrator/Network infrastructure role
- Strong Azure (infrastructure/networking) Linux administration skills
- Some Ansible or Puppet or Kubernetes knowledge
- Strong networking/Security understanding/experience - ideally data centre infrastructure
Salary for the Senior Network Administrator role will be negotiable dependent on experience but expect £60,000 to £70,000 basic benefits package depending on experience.
