This is a fantastic opportunity with a technology division of a global company. The role will involve managing a Systems Administration and Infrastructure team (c10 people) in a fast-paced technology environment and requires a good understanding of Linux administration, hands-on Network configuration/Troubleshooting and some Kubernetes. Ideally, you should possess knowledge of virtualisation technologies, Datacentre infrastructure and Puppet/Ansible. This will be joining their growing practice and will offer great opportunities for career growth. The role can be remote with the proviso that you can visit their offices for important meetings.
Experience required for the Infrastructure Engineer roles:
- 5yrs+ commercial experience in an infrastructure role
- Team leading/Management experience
- Ideally some Kubernetes knowledge
- Solid networking/Security understanding/experience
- Scripting (Python or similar)
Salary: For the Infrastructure Manager role will be negotiable dependent on experience but expect £75,000 to £90,000 basic + benefits package depending on experience.
