You will be joining a fast-growing, small to medium sized SaaS Company based in London. The Software Engineering Manager will be managing a very bright, talented team of engineers and working closely with the founder and Head of Product shaping the technical direction of the products moving forward. This position will manage initially 10-15 engineers and will be working with the latest technologies including AI and ML.
Core skills/Experience for the Software Engineering Manager role:
- 8yrs+ in Development roles
- 2yrs+ Managing Software Engineering teams
- Full Stack development experience including strong Java, Microservices and AWS
- Happy to still be "hands on" as well as managing a team/Strategy.
- Strong degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top tier university (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Edinburgh, UCL, Manchester, Bristol or Kings College London)
- Experience or interest in AI / Machine Learning
- Likely to have experience in a SaaS based company, ideally start up or early stage company going through growth.
The salary for the Software Engineering Manager will depend on experience, but expect between £120,000 and £150,000 + Pension + competitive benefits.
