We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager for Bentley’s construction products to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, plans, and programs for Bentley’s construction software products. Your mission will be to increase market awareness, drive adoption of our solutions for construction projects of all sizes, and ultimately fuel growth in the construction sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) software market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that resonates with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and digital construction managers.
- Create compelling value propositions that differentiate Bentley’s software products in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify and understand market needs, trends and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product management to define product features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Plan and execute product launch plans and develop marketing content to support launches.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations for marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive product adoption.
- Provide sales enablement support, including training, tools, and resources to help the sales team effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and influencers.
- Act as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience required; MBA preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the AEC construction software industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B infrastructure software market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment.
