Location: UK (Hybrid/ Remote/ Office)

Travel: 30% travel is expected within EMEA

This role requires UK Security Clearance (SC). Candidates who currently hold or have previously held SC Clearance will be prioritised.

Position Summary

TheMaximoConsultantIIjoining our team will alignwith business and IT stakeholders to translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprint, and functional specifications. This roleis responsible forworking on complex challengesto ensure deliverable quality and effective communication between technical implementation teams along with advising clients on their asset management or EAM system maturity.

Responsibilities

• Providetechnicalguidancethroughout the lifecycle of a project including development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions and ongoing support
• Configure and customize client solutions applyingknowledge of workflows, system configuration, and customizations to develop asset management technical solutions for customers
• Deliver multiple projects which support the complex and demanding requirements of project delivery, ensuring timescales aremet
• Manage the facilitation/documentation of system design workshops, process reengineering workshops and the creation of project and system documentation including process maps, system requirements, data standards, and training materials
• Acting as an advocate for the end-user within the project delivery team
• Assistwith coordinating data modelling and data collection activities
• Oversight of development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions
• Responsible for smaller work packages, as set by the Consultant Team Lead
• Provide client support and training
• Deliveringhigh-quality, value-added results for both client and internal projects
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or relevant training and /or experience
• Appropriate professional software accreditations (e.g. IBM Maximo professional certifications)
• 3+years\’ experiencein delivering projects in Maximo across multiple industries
• Experience ofmanaging2+high-value or long-term projects using diverse methodologies.
• Experiencedinproviding support to customers or end users
• Knowledge of Project Methodologieswouldadvantageous(E.g. Agile and Waterfall)
• Understanding and knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL)
• Experienced with programming languages (e.g. Linux, Solaris,JavaScript, Python, SQL)would beadvantageous

• Maximo Industry Solutions ACM, Maximo for Aviation & Transportation
• BIRT Report Writing
• Maximo Integration Framework
• Maximo Application Framework
• Understanding of IT Systems and Cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Red Hat OpenShift
